Our memory rings embody the perfect sentiment for tying the knot and also make wonderful anniversary and entirety gifts to celebrate a lifetime spent at one another's side. Look a little closer at our unique wedding rings and you will find an etched image revels it's self from within the textured background.

Our Side by Side band ring features an image of two sharing a moment in time beside each other on a bench. Together they sit, take time out from the hustle and bustle of life and appreciate a moment together. 

Each of our unique band rings are handmade in a choice of 9ct or 18ct white gold or platinum and are available in a 4 or 5 mm band ring. All jewellery is handmade and hallmarked in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter.

Sizing

All sizes are made to order. Please enter the ring size you require in the box provided. A-Z measurements are preferred, but please feel free to add the measurement for your country if ordering outside of the UK and we will of course convert the measurement for you. 

If you are unsure of your size then please get in touch so we can arrange for you to be measured in person or via post. Of course, should you find the ring is not quite the right fit once your order is complete then we will happily resize free of charge.

Silver ring samples can also be posted out to view before purchasing a gold or platinum ring design. A £50 deposit required for each ring which is refundable against the cost of your gold or platinum ring purchase. To purchase a sample please select the sample option from the drop down menu.

Should you wish to return the sample and not continue with your gold or platinum purchase a refund for your order will be applied, minus postage & packaging costs, providing their are no signs of wear and the order is returned within a 30 days of receiving the sample.

How long does dispatch & delivery take? 

Our current UK delivery time for in-stock items: 1-5 working days

IN STOCK ITEMS:

For International delivery's please allow an additional 5-10 working days for delivery within Europe and within 7-12 working days to the rest of the world.

OUT OF STOCK or PRE ORDER ITEMS:
(Items with a pre-order button instead of add to cart)

Due to Charlotte being on maternity leave we will only be offering a limited selection of items for the remainder of 2024, as mentioned above these can all be found inside Mum's Stock Box.

When shopping outside this collection an 'ADD TO CART' option should be visible on all in-stock items, and a PRE-ORDER, button for those that are out of stock. We will resume delivery on PRE-ORDER items from March 2025. Instead of ordering, you may also choose to be notified when the item is back in stock. This option is available on the product page.

 

How are items dispatched? 

All UK and international jewellery orders sent via Tracked and or signed for services via Royal Mail or UPS.

Jewellery items under £150 are dispatched via FREE 24 hour tracked delivery. Although this is a next working day service please note next working day delivery is not guaranteed. From November 8th 2024 UK customers will also have the option to upgrade to Special Delivery with a Saturday Guarantee. 

Orders over £150 are upgraded to Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed next day service which will arrive the next working day from dispatch. Dispatch times vary so please check individual product pages for the dispatch date.

International orders are dispatched via FREE tracked and or signed for delivery within the same timeframe (above), but will take a longer to reach you unless you are happy to pay for the next day or express delivery service. In most cases delivery will be made within 5-10 working days within Europe and within 7-12 working days to the rest of the world. For faster delivery an express service is available on most collection items. Please see below for details.


Do you have an Express Delivery Service? 

All items sent within the UK should usually arrive the next working day as we use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked as standard with the option to upgrade to next day or Saturday delivery when available.
International deliveries may still be upgraded to a 1-4 day delivery UPS delivery service, however, please note that temporary updates to dispatch times still apply.


How will I know when my order's on its way?

All jewellery parcels are sent via tracked services including Royal Mail or UPS, which means they will usually arrive with you the day after you receive your tracking update if you are a UK resident. International orders will be dependant on whether you have selected standard or express delivery. 

Tracking is added to your order on the day of dispatch. If you would like your order delivered on a particular day then please get in touch and Charlotte Lowe will do our best to ensure your request is met.

Our workshop is open from 10 am - 4 pm Mon - Fri but you are welcome to call anytime between 9am - 6pm. Please note their is no shop on our premises, so please do schedule an appointment to visit us to avoid any disappointment.

RETURNS POLICY

All orders placed between 1st November 2024 and 11th December 2024 will benefit from extended returns and can be returned up until Jan 11th 2025. 

Standard Returns Policy
In the event you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order. This is providing the item shows no signs of wear or damage. Please be aware that some items such as earrings or pieces that are custom made, made to order or personalised, cannot be returned.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Charlotte Lowe Jewellery. We recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded only if the item is faulty.
