Send us your most cherished photographs and Charlotte Lowe will turn them into a stunning item of personalised photo jewellery.
As well as providing beautifully handmade collections of photo etched jewellery and handmade gifts Charlotte Lowe also works to commission creating personalised items in silver and gold. Working with your precious photographs to create items you can keep close to your heart. Using your photographs Charlotte will create unique items of jewellery in silver and gold, providing you with a memory that will last forever.
If you are interested in having a personalised piece made please contact us with your queries and/or photographs. All quotes for bespoke items are provided free of charge.
Here's a little about how the process works for bespoke creations:
STEP 1
Send your photograph/s to info@charlottelowe.co.uk.
(Please stick to a maximum of 3, you will received a response within 48 hours)
STEP 2
We will look at your photograph(s) and look at the best styles to suit them.
(All quotes will be sent out within 1 week)
STEP 3
Placing your order. You can pay up front or make 50 % deposit payment via card, Paypal or BACS.
STEP 4
Your photograph will be etched and handmade into a unique item of jewellery.
(Delivery dates vary from 2-8 weeks. Contact us for estimated delivery dates or if you need your item by a certain date and we will confirm delivery)
STEP 5
Final payment, followed by delivery of item.
Collect from our workshop in Birmingham's Historic Jewellery Quarter
or receive via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTOGRAPH
If you have a special photograph that you would like to see handmade into a precious item of jewellery all you need to do is send your image(s) across to info@charlottelowe.co.uk. We will then recommend the best style and shape to suit your photograph, considering any design requirements you may have. You will receive a response within 48 hours and a quote for your design with 1 week. Once you are ready to get started you can make a 50% deposit payment or pay for your purchase in full via card, paypal or BAC's transfer.
MAKING YOUR ITEM OF JEWELLERY
Your photograph will be etched into sterling silver. Once your etching is complete we will turn your etched photograph into a unique and individual item of jewellery. Personalised etchings can be made into any item of your choice including necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, bangles, cuff links, brooches or framed art.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Each item is designed specifically to suit your needs, so we take great care and time to ensure your item is handmade to perfection. Once your initial deposit is made the whole design and making process between 2-8 weeks to complete. If you need your order for a specific date please let us know and we will advise you as to whether this will be possible. Once the items is complete you will be sent a photograph of your item before final payment requested. Final payment can be made through our website or via card, Paypal or Bank Transfer.
