Our Silver Family Locket is the perfect necklace to celebrate precious moments spent with family. Every family has a story to tell and what better way to show it than with this touching illustration of one of life's greatest blessings, joined together in a precious moment by hand and forever by love.
Each Silver Family Locket is available in a range of finishes including: silver, silver & gold or black & gold and with the choice of a long or standard length chain. In addition, there is the option to personalise your gift further by adding hand engraving of up to 16 letters to the back of your pendant.
Every item of jewellery is handmade in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and is presented in a chic white box, with gold detailing on the top that reads: Charlotte Lowe...for the moments you cherish.

The Silver Family Locket is made from sterling silver, with a variety of finishes available, including: silver, silver and black or black and gold. All black finishes are created from oxidising the silver and our gold finishes are 22ct gold vermeil. Your photograph will be secured by a piece of clear Perspex included with each locket purchase.
The necklace offers the perfect place to hold a photograph or a personal quote, so that you can treasure it every day. Each locket is made up of a pendant and frame which holds an image behind a small sheet of Perspex inside the frame. Unlike a traditional locket with this contemporary locket design the two pieces simply hang behind one another. The weight of the design is enough to keep them held together perfectly and all you need do is swing the frame from behind to see the loved ones you hold dear.
Our photo lockets are come on a beautiful long 28-30 inch chain that allows our wearers to easily view the image behind. If you would prefer our usual 18 inch chain then we are more than happy to arrange that for you.

Due to Charlotte being on maternity leave we will only be offering a limited selection of items for the remainder of 2024, as mentioned above these can all be found inside Mum's Stock Box.
When shopping outside this collection an 'ADD TO CART' option should be visible on all in-stock items, and a PRE-ORDER, button for those that are out of stock. We will resume delivery on PRE-ORDER items from March 2025. Instead of ordering, you may also choose to be notified when the item is back in stock. This option is available on the product page.
How are items dispatched?
All UK and international jewellery orders sent via Tracked and or signed for services via Royal Mail or UPS.
Jewellery items under £150 are dispatched via FREE 24 hour tracked delivery. Although this is a next working day service please note next working day delivery is not guaranteed. From November 8th 2024 UK customers will also have the option to upgrade to Special Delivery with a Saturday Guarantee.
Orders over £150 are upgraded to Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed next day service which will arrive the next working day from dispatch. Dispatch times vary so please check individual product pages for the dispatch date.
International orders are dispatched via FREE tracked and or signed for delivery within the same timeframe (above), but will take a longer to reach you unless you are happy to pay for the next day or express delivery service. In most cases delivery will be made within 5-10 working days within Europe and within 7-12 working days to the rest of the world. For faster delivery an express service is available on most collection items. Please see below for details.

How will I know when my order's on its way?
All jewellery parcels are sent via tracked services including Royal Mail or UPS, which means they will usually arrive with you the day after you receive your tracking update if you are a UK resident. International orders will be dependant on whether you have selected standard or express delivery.
Tracking is added to your order on the day of dispatch. If you would like your order delivered on a particular day then please get in touch and Charlotte Lowe will do our best to ensure your request is met.

Our workshop is open from 10 am - 4 pm Mon - Fri but you are welcome to call anytime between 9am - 6pm. Please note their is no shop on our premises, so please do schedule an appointment to visit us to avoid any disappointment.
RETURNS POLICY
All orders placed between 1st November 2024 and 11th December 2024 will benefit from extended returns and can be returned up until Jan 11th 2025.
Standard Returns Policy
In the event you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order. This is providing the item shows no signs of wear or damage. Please be aware that some items such as earrings or pieces that are custom made, made to order or personalised, cannot be returned.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Charlotte Lowe Jewellery. We recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded only if the item is faulty.
