Our personalised photo necklaces are created from your own photographs and make wonderful items of memory jewellery.A little something to remember the irreplaceable moments we share together. Our precious photo necklaces are individually . Send us up to three images and we will work our magic to create a stunning silhouette design you can all cherish forever.
Once you have placed your order your please email your photographs over to info@charlottelowe.co.. You can even get in touch with us beforehand so we can answer any queries you may have.
We also offer the option to pay in instalments. Simply email us or give us a call on 0121 6473677 if you would prefer to discus this option. If you do not wish to pay in full first hand a £50 deposit is taken to product artwork. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the design we can start handcrafting your photo necklace for you. 50% of the total amount is required before etching your design and 50% once your item is ready for dispatch.

Delivery
All jewellery is sent via tracked Royal Mail or UPS, with free 24‑hour tracked delivery on orders under £150 and Special Delivery on orders over £150.
Standard delivery: 1-5 working days
Most items are available for delivery within 1-5 working days and can be found in our Fast Delivery Gifts collection or using the 1-5 working day delivery filter.
Items with 1-4 weeks delivery
If an item is unavailable within our standard delivery time frame, then a message will be displayed below the add to cart button as well as next to the item description on our add to cart and checkout pages.
Personalised Jewellery
Adding Personalised engraving (initials, dates and messages) will not add additional time to your order. However, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of our Personalised Jewellery.
Returns Policy
Enjoy peace of mind with 60 days to return your order if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Excludes personalised items unless faulty.
