FREE worldwide delivery for orders over £35.

UK Delivery

Charlotte Lowe Jewellery offers a FREE UK delivery service. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days via tracked Royal Mail services. All items under £30 via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and all items over £60 via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For an additional £2 you can upgrade any items under £60 to Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International Delivery

Charlotte Lowe Jewellery ships from worldwide from the UK via Royal Mail International delivery. Delivery cost is FREE for orders over £35 and £5 for orders under. Parcels are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched tracked Royal Mail Delivery service will take between 3-10 working days depending on your country of residence. For country specific times you can visit www.royalmail.com/price-finder to see delivery times for your country. 

In addition to Royal Mail a faster tracked services via UPS delivery is also available for International customers for £25.

BANK TRANSFER (BACS)

Please contact Charlotte Lowe Jewellery via email or phone if you would like to make a BAC's transfer. Charlotte Lowe will provide you with the information to do so and will send you a receipt for your payment via email or post.
