Allow 1-5 working days for our Fast Delivery Gifts selection and 1-4 weeks for all other collection items.
Personalised engraving ( adding initials, dates and messages) takes 1-2 working days and will be carried out within the timescales stated above. However, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of our Personalised Jewellery.
All jewellery is sent via tracked Royal Mail or UPS, with free 24‑hour tracked delivery on orders under £150 and Special Delivery on orders over £150.
