Charlotte Lowe Jewellery aims to develop a close working relationship with all trade buyers and only delighted to help talk through options available or discuss any queries you may have.
Initial trade orders are taken on a pro-forma basis with a minimum order of 12-15 pieces is on our silver ranges to ensure you get started with a strong collection. We recommend that you maintain a minimum range of 12-15 pieces, particularly at peak times, to keep the display looking at its best for your customers.
There is no minimum order on subsequent purchases allowing you to purchase in a way that suits you best. Meaning you can either top up regularly throughout the year or purchase a large selection 1-3 times per year.
If you feel a little spoilt for choice and aren’t sure where to start or what to add to your collection next, then we are more than happy to advise on our best sellers and most appropriate items for you. Simply get in touch to let us know any requirements you have such as number of items, budget and any specific collections you are interested in. Allow 4-6 weeks on orders unless stated or agreed otherwise. Small top ups and special orders can usually be completed within 1-3 weeks, however, please do check in with us before ordering to avoid disappointment. We will always do our best to meet delivery date requirements for both you and your customers and offer an honest, realistic approach to the delivery of our pieces.
Our display has been specially designed to ensure the collections are looking at their best in your cabinets and comes complimentary with your order. Simply remove the sleeves from our boxes which can be used as busts or to add height to the display. We can supply screw in posts that can be added to the back of the busts to take the weight of heavier necklaces. You will also receive point of sale information cards and imagery to help you tell our story. Additional display such as earring stands, and our grey marble display boards can be added to orders over £1000 free of charge.
